1. We will collect the accordant cells befor assemble the battery. the accordance is very important for a battery pack. We think the best way is to avoid any problem before sending out the battery packs;

2. After the assembling, we will test the completed battery pack for 2-3 cycles to make sure the cells are still accordance after assembling. and make sure the capacity and voltage is correct. This is the second important testing. We can find most of the possible problem through this testing;

3. We will test the battery pack together with the charger. so that all things will be matched.

4. Of course we can promise you our products are 100% pass the testing, but maybe one or 2 packs will have problems. That is normal. But we will solve the problem for you.

5. To avoid both of our losing, we will find a best solution for the defective packs. We will advise you how to check the reasons, and we will help to repair the battery packs. You are no need to send back the battery pack because the shipping cost is too expensive. We will send you the replacing cells or BMS or chargers.

6. If the battery pack is completed dead, you should take some pictures and send to us as proof. We will apply a new pack for you.
